News Update: New Year, New BOB

Sponsored Content provided by The Inside Scoop - Marketing Newsletter, Greater Wilmington Business Journal and WILMA Magazine

Next month, we’ll distribute our 2015 Book on Business (BOB), which provides essential information on the leading businesses, employers and venues in our area, as well as economic and demographic statistics for our region.

BOB is both an interesting read and a tremendous resource. Readers in our area and beyond use BOB to:

  • Research and contact the key decision makers in our region.
  • Boost their marketing efforts and strategic efforts by better identifying their competition.
  • Target and network with potential employers.
  • Connect with potential donors for charitable fundraising efforts.
  • Learn more about our region’s economic drivers, economic groups, local governments, and resource and advocacy groups.
In addition, this year’s BOB will contain our first annual Giving Guide, which includes information about nonprofits in our area and the work they do.

BOB is mailed to subscribers of the Business Journal’s biweekly print edition, and provided to all attendees of our BOB party from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. on January 28 at Landfall Country Club. It also will be distributed at our first Power Breakfast of 2015. You can also purchase a copy of the book for $19.95 at the Business Journal’s office at 219 Station Road, Wilmington.

If you receive an emailed survey about a list during 2015, please take a few minutes to answer it. We use the information to update the lists, which are published in most print editions, and to compile rankings.
