We’re kicking off the first Women to Watch Leadership Institute this month with eight women who are working to achieve the next step in their careers.
For the next 10 months, these women will attend once-a-month sessions to build leadership skills, meet with executives in the community, and advise each other. Thanks to sponsors, the institute is provided at no cost to participants.
A panel of judges reviewed more than 250 nominations and interviewed 20 finalists before choosing the participants. The eight women selected for the institute are:
