Client Profile: Ideal Image of Wilmington

Sponsored Content provided by The Inside Scoop - Marketing Newsletter, Greater Wilmington Business Journal and WILMA Magazine

If you’ve been to a WILMA event in the last few years, you’ve likely seen the team from Ideal Image of Wilmington. The business has found exposure and success by attending and offering its services at the WILMA Expo and WILMA Dash, as well as the Wilmington BizExpo.

About Ideal Image of Wilmington:

Ideal Image of Wilmington provides permanent laser hair removal with a guarantee; PicoSure tattoo removal with no trauma or scarring to the surrounding tissue or skin; and non-invasive skin tightening, rejuvenation and lifting of the neck, face, brow and chest using Ultherapy. The practice offers monthly payment plans that are interest free, and is flexible in working within its clients’ budgets.

Business Challenge:

To increase awareness of Ideal Image of Wilmington, and the range of services it offers, which are performed by nurse practitioners and physician assistants. The business also wanted to educate potential guests about its ability to customize treatment and payment plans to their needs.

What WILMA did to help address the challenge:

A team from Ideal Image attended its first WILMA Dash and the health fest after the event in 2012. The group was pleased at the turnout and the reception they received from the public. Ideal Image has continued to expand its presence at events.

Results: “We love WILMA in general,” said Amy N. Wainwright, managing consultant for Ideal Image of Wilmington. “It has an excellent concept and reaches a diverse community.

“Through WILMA we have been able to educate not only our current patients but reach many new patients as well,” Wainwright said. “This partnership works for us, and we look forward to continued growth and success here at Ideal Image.”
