WILMA’s Women to Watch Leadership Initiative is an effort to help women develop as leaders of our area's businesses, nonprofit organizations, government bodies and boards of directors. Launched in June, the initiative offers many ways to participate, including networking events, a mentoring program and leadership training, to name just a few.
