Copiers Plus, Inc. has offices from the North Carolina mountains to the coast, including one in Wilmington. But in a competitive environment, it wanted its name to be “saturated” in the Wilmington business market, said Sherrié Lucas, director of marketing.
About Copiers Plus: Copiers Plus was founded in 1985 and offers sales and service of office equipment, managed print services and workflow solutions. It is a family-operated company with offices in Asheville, Greensboro, Fayetteville, Raleigh and Wilmington.
Business Challenge: Copiers Plus wanted its name to be the first that business owners in the Wilmington area think of for office solutions and print services.
What the Business Journal did to address the challenge: Copiers Plus began working with the Business Journal in 2012. The Business Journal created a plan that included digital and print advertising that gave the company quality, consistent exposure, Lucas said.
The Results: “We have been very pleased with the Business Journal’s print and digital products,” Lucas said. “The Business Journal’s staff stays on top of advertising opportunities for us with reminders and updates about opportunities such as the Book on Business, Journal special sections and events.”
“The Business Journal also makes being a vendor at the WilmingtonBiz Expo a seamless and effective experience,” Lucas added. “We enjoy the value and service we receive from this marketing venue.”
