Novant Health has welcomed nurse practitioner Rosa Berry to Novant Health Neurology in Shallotte.

Berry received her Doctor of Nursing Practice, Adult Nurse Practitioner Certificate and Master of Science in Nursing from Madonna University in Livonia, Michigan, according to a news release. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Detroit Mercy in Detroit.

Berry has more than 10 years of experience and has previously worked as a nurse practitioner in neuroscience and gastroenterology, the release stated.

Novant Health Neurology diagnoses and manages neurological conditions and disorders such as ALS and other neuromuscular conditions, Alzheimer's disease and other dementias, migraine and other headache syndromes, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease and other movement disorders, peripheral neuropathy, stroke and seizures.
