Local LM Restaurants Locations Host New Year’s Celebrations

LM Restaurants eateries are among those hosting a variety of New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day events throughout Wilmington. Here’s a roundup of what’s taking place at LM locations:

Bluewater Waterfront Grill

4 Marina St., Wrightsville Beach

New Year’s Eve options at Bluewater include a prix fixe three-course dinner for $50 per person. Reservations required, call 910-256-8500. 

Bluewater will also be hosting a New Year’s Eve Party on the second floor starting at 9 p.m. The event will include a cash bash bar, live music from Brickhouse, a DJ and dancing on the tented, heated patio, party favors and a champagne toast at midnight. The event is $20 per person and tickets are available online

Those with dinner reservations will receive a wristband for access to the party.  

Bluewater will open for regular business hours on New Year’s Day, with brunch being served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Reservations are encouraged. 

Henry’s

2508 Independence Blvd., Wilmington

Henry’s full dinner menu will be available on New Year’s Eve, as well as locally-sourced features that include surf and turf and bourbon glazed salmon. 

Live acoustic music from musician Eric Metts will take place from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. and a complimentary champagne toast will be given out at midnight to ring in the New Year.

Henry’s will also serve New Year’s Day brunch beginning at 11 a.m. and featuring dishes such as chicken and waffles and black-eyed peas with collard greens. 

Hops Supply Co. 

5400 Oleander Drive, Wilmington

Hops Supply Co. will offer their full dinner menu on New Year’s Eve as well as special features such as seared scallops with a lemon asparagus risotto, champagne burre blanc and shaved fennel and andouille stuffed Heritage pork loin. Reservations are encouraged, 910-833-8867.

The Pub Room will keep the party going with a DJ & Dancing, champagne cocktails, beer features, party favors and a midnight toast. 

New Year’s Day brunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. with live music from Jared Michael Cline. The full brunch menu as well as several chef’s features will be available, as well as $2 mimosas.

Oceanic 

703 S. Lumina Ave., Wrightsville Beach

Oceanic invites you to ring in 2020 on the coast with their dinner menu available all day, as well as several dinner features. A celebratory New Year’s Day brunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
