The latest batch of apartments at Riverlights has officially opened its doors, according to a news release from the developers.

Sterling Group, an Indiana-based real estate company specializing in apartments and self-storage facilities, created the Argento at Riverlights in the 1,400-acre master-planned community on River Road in Wilmington.

A $78 million development, the Argento has 286 units, the release stated. Marketed as a luxury apartment complex, the Argento's rents range from nearly $1,500 for one-bedroom units to about $2,350 for three bedrooms.

According to the release, the Argento's sustainable construction and design have earned the National Green Building Standard-Bronze Level certification.

The community includes a resident lifestyle center, a resort-style swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen and fire pit, a fitness center with an outdoor yoga lawn, a dog wash and grooming center and a car care center.
