AAXA Sees New Partnership As Big Growth Opportunity

By Bonnie Eksten, posted Dec 25, 2009

AAXA Mortgage, headed by Greg Gianoplus, has partnered with a federally chartered national bank that will enable the Wilmington company to expand its mortgage lending operations and serve customers in all 50 states.

The mortgage company, headquartered in Wilmington, has aligned itself with FNBK, headquartered in Illinois.

The partnership, Gianoplus said, will allow AAXA to increase the number of mortgages currently in its pipeline and should create 150 or more new jobs in the near future.

AAXA’s three main business channels include a national mortgage call center, a traditional office that serves this area as well as an office in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and a newly established reverse mortgage capability that could serve senior citizens.

A fourth venture is a commercial lending channel that is in development and an affiliated insurance agency, Insurance Capital Group.
