After fifteen years in real estate development with Farmstead, Meadowlands and other ventures, Teresa McLamb will now practice general brokerage with Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage.
McLamb’s office is located at Carolina Beach but she will be working in all of New Hanover County and Brunswick County as well as venturing into Pender County, particularly for people searching for beach homes.
McLamb, a native of southeastern North Carolina, is a member of the national, state and local levels of the Association of Realtors. Her awards include a GE Award of Excellence for Communication in Implementing Change and a City of Wilmington Certificate of Appreciation.
