Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage Ranks In Industry Report

Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage, in partnership with the Coldwell Banker Advantage family of companies, was recently ranked as the No. 19 real estate brokerage in the nation for closed transactions and No. 27 for closed sales volume in the RISMedia 2026 Power Broker Report.

The firm also ranked as the No. 1 Coldwell Banker affiliate company in the nation.
 
"RISMedia, a premier source of news and information for the real estate industry, has published the annual Power Broker Report for the past 38 years," according to a news release. "Through a comprehensive survey and analysis process, the report ranks the top real estate brokerages in the United States in the categories of closed sales volume and closed transaction sides. Their 2026 Power Broker Report showcases the best of the best in residential real estate based on their 2025 sales performance."

The firms listed on the 2026 Power Broker Report will be honored at RISMedia's Annual Awards Gala to be held in October in Washington D.C., the release stated.
