Sold Buy The Sea Honors Firm's Top Agents Of The Year

Dawn Berard, owner of Sold Buy the Sea Realty and broker in charge of its Wilmington location, has announced the company’s annual awards for 2016.

The firm's listing agents of the year were Peter Ruffin III and Caroline Watkins, and its selling agents of the year wer Shawn Heiser and Garrett Mannerz.

Ruffin (top, left) has been with Sold Buy the Sea Realty since becoming licensed in 2010. He also is owner of a court reporting company.

Watkins (top, right), broker in charge of the firm's Hampstead office, has a background in appraisals and marketing. She has been with Sold Buy the Sea Realty since its inception, having held every position in the company and working her way up to the broker in charge of the firm's Hampstead office.

An ex-Marine and disabled veteran, Heiser (bottom, left) has been a part of Sold Buy the Sea Realty since 2013. He works in Brunswick, New Hanover, Pender and Onslow counties as a listing and buyer's agent.

A native of Long Island, New York, Mannerz (bottom, right) spent most of his professional career in law enforcement. He joined Sold Buy the Sea Realty in 2014 after moving to Surf City.
