Wilmington-based Residential Real Estate Firm Opens Office In Burgaw

Wilmington-headquartered Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage recently announced the opening of its newest office, this one in Burgaw.

According to a news release, the office at 203 S. Wright St. in downtown Burgaw "enhances the company’s presence in Pender County, expanding its reach and strengthening its connection to the local community."
 
The Burgaw office will be led by Jaime Dorn (pictured below), managing broker, the release stated.

"Known for her outstanding leadership and unwavering dedication, Jaime is uniquely qualified to guide this new office," according to the release. "She is committed to the professional growth and success of her agents and is also focused on providing exceptional client service."

Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage is one of the largest residential real estate companies in Southeastern North Carolina. In 2024, its closed sales volume exceeded $2.9 billion with over 7,200 transactions, the release stated.

The new office in Burgaw "represents another step forward for our company and our commitment to the Pender County market,” said Denise Kinney, president of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage, in the release.
