Chris Welch is the founder of Badger Box Mobile Storage and Mile Marker Parking, two North Carolina–based companies providing logistics, storage and industrial real estate solutions. Prior to launching his businesses, he spent eight years in banking at Live Oak Bank, where he worked with small businesses nationwide. Welch has since built and scaled multiple operating companies and developed a custom software and AI-enabled platform to manage logistics, dispatch and customer operations. Based in the Wilmington area, he writes about entrepreneurship, logistics, real estate and using technology to build more efficient businesses.
