As the founder of a firm that helps companies align their people with their goals and focuses on hiring practices for underserved talent, Olokunola uses technology to stay motivated, connect to colleagues and family and stay up to date with news and industry happenings.

Untapped Talent and Atomic Habits are two books she recommends. 

“I am a huge Marvel/DC Comics fan. I grew up reading comic books, so my favorite movie is Avengers: Endgame. I always find a message within the movie – it literally shows how teamwork makes the dream work."
