McKinley Building Corp. has added Sean Wrigglesworth and Mason Hodges as superintendents.

According to a news release, Wrigglesworth brings a diverse background that spans military service, manufacturing and construction supply. He served five years in the U.S. Navy as an air crewman from 2000 to 2005, completing multiple deployments and later spent five years as a military contractor supporting operations in Iraq and Afghanistan, the release stated.

He also brings valuable industry experience from roles with Electrolux and a construction supply company specializing in doors and trim, according to the release.

“Sean’s background reflects discipline, adaptability, and a strong work ethic,” said Chad Hodges, president of McKinley Building, in the release. “We’re excited to have him on our team as he steps into a superintendent role and helps us continue delivering exceptional results for our clients.”

A longtime North Carolina resident, Wrigglesworth moved to Wilmington with his family five years ago. He lives with his wife, Christa, and their two daughters, and enjoys spending time at the beach and playing golf, the release stated.

Hodges (pictured at right) joins McKinley after graduating from East Carolina University in 2025 with a degree in construction management. A Wilmington native, he graduated from Coastal Christian High School in 2021 and is a member of Scotts Hill Baptist Church. He previously interned with McKinley during the summers of 2024 and 2025 before joining the company full-time in 2026. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time working out, hunting, and rooting for the Carolina Hurricanes hockey team.

“Mason impressed our team during his internship with his work ethic and willingness to learn,” said Chad Hodges, President. “We’re excited to see him grow into a superintendent role and contribute to our continued success in the field.”

McKinley Building Corporation continues to invest in experienced professionals and emerging leaders who embody the company’s core values of integrity, relationships, service, and teamwork.
