Earney IT Shares Leadership Announcements

Earney IT, an IT service provider in Wilmington, recently made some leadership announcements.

Alec Langbeen (pictured below at right) has stepped into the role of director of growth and client success, "where his focus is on proactive communication, long-term planning and helping ensure our clients continue to get real value from their partnership with Earney IT. ... This role allows him to spend more time with clients while our technical team continues handling day-to-day support," according to an announcement.

Tristen Rice (pictured below at left) recently joined Earney IT as operations manager, bringing more than a decade of experience across operations leadership, customer support and hands-on technical delivery, the announcement stated.

"He comes from another local MSP and also spent several years building and operating his own IT/MSP business. Tristen began his career working in data centers and has since led systems, automation and service operations across a wide range of environments," according to the announcement.

At Earney IT, Rice focuses on strengthening service delivery, refining internal processes and ensuring reliable, client-first support experience, the announcement stated.

Bo Wheeler (pictured below at right) recently joined Earney IT as head of revenue operations and brings more than 30 years of technology leadership experience, according to the announcement. His background includes sales leadership, account management, product marketing, go-to-market strategy and customer-focused growth initiatives across both regional and national Managed Service Providers, the announcement stated.

He has also held executive roles leading professional security services and global growth strategy within large enterprise organizations and serves as an adjunct professor of cybersecurity at the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
