Tanner Gray has returned to the Hampstead office of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage.

Jaime Dorn, managing broker of the Hampstead office, stated in a news release, “His local knowledge, construction background, and commitment to helping clients achieve their goals make him a valuable addition to our office and the community.”

According to the release, Gray combines a business degree, hands-on construction experience and deep ties to the Hampstead, Topsail and Surf City communities to deliver a well-rounded perspective for buyers and sellers. 

“Real estate has always been a natural fit for me,” Gray stated in the release. “I enjoy guiding people through important decisions and seeing them achieve their goals. That’s the most rewarding part of this career.”

In addition to serving clients, Gray serves on the N.C. Realtors Professional Standards Committee. He also holds a captain's license and shares insights about the coastal lifestyle on his YouTube channel, Topsail Tanner.

Gray lives in Surf City with his wife, a local educator, and their three children, according to the release. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, surfing, hunting and spending time outdoors.
