Wilmington-based commercial real estate firm Sun Coast Partners Commercial welcomed broker Phillip Winsor to its team.

Born and raised in Perth, Western Australia, Winsor spent years working on offshore oil rigs before transitioning to real estate, according to a news release.

“We’re pleased to have Phillip help grow the Sun Coast Partners team,” said Grayson Powell, president of Sun Coast Partners Commercial, stated in the release. “His dedication, relentless work ethic and problem-solving mindset make him a valuable asset to our clients and our firm.”

According to the release, Winsor, who is now a Wilmington resident, "is passionate about helping businesses and investors find the best opportunities to grow and succeed."

Outside of work, Winsor is a family man who loves spending time on the water fishing, surfing and enjoying the coastal lifestyle, the release stated.
