Wolfe Named Chief Client Success Officer At Forté Institute

The Forté Institute, creator of the first strengths-based Communication Style Profile Assessment, has announced Jessica Wolfe as its new chief client success officer.

According to a news release, Wolfe (pictured below) will lead the organization’s efforts to enhance client success initiatives across its global client base and oversee operations in the United States, Ireland, Malaysia and South Korea. Wolfe has more than three years of leadership experience as head of client success at Forté, during which she spearheaded innovative strategies that elevated the organization’s offerings, the release stated.

She graduated summa cum laude from the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a degree in communication studies and a minor in Spanish. While at UNCW, she received the Mimi Cunningham Department Exemplar Award for her contributions to the communication studies program, including the creation of a peer coaching initiative sponsored by The Forté Institute.

Forté founder C.D. “Hoop” Morgan III stated in the release, “Jessica has taken the Forté offerings to a new level with her innovation and vision for new applications of the tool. We are excited to see her lead the next evolution of our client success services.”

The Forté Institute LLC is headquartered in Wilmington at UNCW's Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
