Century 21 Vanguard recently welcomed Andrew Luczak to its Wilmington office.

According to a news release, Luczak is an experienced professional with a proven track record of success.

Wendy Knott, who manages Century 21 Vanguard, stated in the release, "We believe his experience will greatly enhance the services we provide to our customers in Wilmington and the surrounding communities."

A move from Denver, Colorado, brought Luczak from the mountains to the sea. A Chicago native, Luczak was previously a law enforcement officer.

When not working, Luczak "loves to take motorcycle rides up the coast, walk his dog Raiden around town, and practice Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. While still learning how to navigate the waters, Andrew has also taken up fishing and paddleboarding," the release stated. "His favorite activity, though, is working out early in the morning. Andrew has been an avid weightlifter for nearly 16 years."
