Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage officials recently announced that a Marine Corps veteran has  joined the Wilmington-based residential real estate firm's Hampstead office.

Josh Kosma joined the Hampstead office. He retired from the US Marine Corps as a first sergeant after 21 years of service. Asked why he chose real estate for his next career, he said, “After buying and renting my own properties for many years, it seemed a natural fit to use my life experience and structured career as part of my future.”

Kosma has lived in the Sneads Ferry area for nearly a decade. He enjoys hiking, camping, and carpentry, and volunteers his time coaching his daughter’s softball team.
