Coldwell Banker Commercial Sun Coast Partners recently named Glenn Imboden and Allan Fox as vice presidents and added David Summerlin III and Scott Serkin to its brokerage team.
"The title of vice president is only awarded to a broker who has repeatedly shown outstanding yearly sales performance," according to a news release. "A broker receiving the title of vice president is expected to be an active participant in company functions, pursue additional education and use their knowledge and experience to support and promote their fellow agents."
Grayson Powell, managing partner of Sun Coast Partners, said in the release, “We are pleased to grant two of our valuable team members this accolade. They have always been hard working, determined agents, and I have every confidence they will continue to be assets to our company.”
Since joining Sun Coast Partners several years ago, Glenn and Allan have successfully closed some of the largest land acquisitions in the company’s history.
They also specialize in retail and office, covering Onslow, Pender, New Hanover and Brunswick counties. Both have served on committees and the Board of Directors for the Realtors Commercial Alliance of Southeastern North Carolina.
Summerlin specializes in land in Brunswick County that is in the path of upcoming development. He uses his relationships in Brunswick County, along with longstanding Sun Coast Partners relationships with real estate developers of all types, to assemble deals that are beneficial to all parties.
He has extensive experience in agriculture and in the development of recreational/sporting properties. In 2020, he began to assist his father-in-law in managing Jerome’s Steak & Seafood in Shallotte, NC, continuing his wife’s family’s legacy of 45 consecutive years in the seafood restaurant business in Brunswick County.
A North Carolina native, Summerlin attended Louisburg College and Campbell University. David, his wife and their two sons and two daughters live in southern Brunswick County, where they love spending as much time around the water as possible.
Serkin is focused on general brokerage and leasing and is committed to providing helpful insight and outstanding service in his transactions. He has a keen interest in regional history, especially as it relates to Wilmington’s buildings and architecture.
Prior to entering commercial real estate, Serkin spent 20 years serving as a commissioned officer on active duty in the United States Air Force. He was an instructor on multiple aircraft and flew combat missions during Operations Enduring Freedom and Inherent Resolve. He is a graduate of the University of Central Florida and Gonzaga University, holding degrees in communication and leadership.
