New Realty Team Joins Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage

Tyson Emery and the Aspyre Realty Group team have partnered with Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage, according to a news release. 

Emery and Aspyre Realty Group join Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage at its Autumn Hall office, stated the release.

Emery and the realty group were previously with a different local brokerage, officials said.
 
Emery is a graduate of the University of North Carolina Wilmington. He has had an eight-year career in the mortgage industry, stated the release.

He has consistently ranked in the top 1% of the local market for his sales production, officials said in the release.

Lindsay Barbour (right), Aspyre Realty Group's director of operations and a business partner, joins Emrey in the partnership with Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage. 

She also attended UNCW, where she earned a degree in business, stated the release.

She has 10 years of experience in operational management, two of which while she worked with Emery. She also ran her own transaction coordination business for two years.
 
“Tyson’s name is synonymous in Wilmington for his commitment to provide knowledge-backed advice and focus on the highest standards of personal integrity,” Alex Paen, manager of the Coldwell Banker's Autumn Hall office, said in the release. “He and Lindsay are consummate professionals with a reputation for going the extra mile for their clients, and we are very proud they chose to join our team.”
