Employee Recognition Company Itself Garners Recognition

MyEmployees, with offices in Castle Hayne and downtown Wilmington, was honored by HR Tech Outlook Magazine as one of the 2019 Top 10 Employee Engagement Solutions Providers. This year's recognition was the company's second: it made the list in 2017 as well.

The company was founded by David Long in 1989 to help business leaders "recognize their top performers with a simple-to-manage employee of the month system," according to a news release, which added, "We currently serve 8,250 clients all over the United States with the 'Easiest Employee Recognition Program In America.'"

The company itself has garnered other awards in addition to the Top 10 Employee Engagement Solutions Providers honor. It was among Inc.'s list of Best Places to Work in 2017 and again this year. In 2016 MyEmployees made the Inc.'s 5000 List of America's Fastest Growing Companies.
