Previously CEO for the State of Montana Association of Realtors, Taylor Oldroyd is replacing Jerry Panz, who is retiring at the end of this year, as CEO of Cape Fear Realtors.
How technology has affected real estate, according to Oldroyd: “Technology has changed and in many ways disrupted the daily life of our association and certainly the life of the practicing Realtor. But it has also allowed us to act quicker to defend private property rights and promote the availability and affordability of housing. Entire transactions are now completed using mobile products. is fantastic at highlighting what’s on the market.”
