Wilmington Dermatology Center has added a new physician assistant to its team.

Andrea Villareal will join Wilmington Dermatology Center in early October as an experienced dermatology physician assistant.

Villareal comes to the center with 15 years of dermatology experience and is a graduate of East Carolina University's physician assistant program. She has been practicing locally in Wilmington since 2010.

Officials with Wilmington Dermatology Center said she is "dedicated to providing superior skin care for all her patients."
