U.S. Cellular Names Alex Clifton As Wilmington Location Leader

U.S. Cellular has promoted Alex Clifton to sales manager at the Wilmington store, according to a news release.

Clifton will lead his team at the store located at 343 S. College Road. He has 18 years of sales experience, officials said in the release.

Clifton was previously a retail wireless consultant at the Wilmington location.

“Alex’s passion for learning throughout his U.S. Cellular tenure is inspiring and motivating, and I am excited to have him guide our Wilmington team,” Jeremy Taylor, director of sales for U.S. Cellular in eastern North Carolina, said in the release.

He has a bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
