There are plenty of dining specials in and around Wilmington for Father’s Day this weekend.

Roko Italian Cuisine will give a free Strawberry Siciliano dessert to all dads who dine at the Mayfaire Town Center restaurant, 6801-105 Parker Farm Dr., between 4 and 11 p.m. on Father’s Day, June 17. The treat features fresh berries, marinated in triple sec and maraschino cherry juice, spooned over vanilla ice cream.

Beer-loving dads might prefer that necktie as a bow on one of Front Street Brewery’s growlers, just $19.99 this week while supplies last. Find Front Street at 9 N. Front St.

Eddie Romanelli’s, 503 Olde Waterford, offers an 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Father’s Day buffet for $14.99. Selections include barbecue baby back ribs, grilled flat-iron steak, rotisserie chicken, assorted side dishes and desserts and a few breakfast/brunch items.

Normally closed on Sunday, Aubriana’s, 115 S. Front St., has scheduled an 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Father’s Day brunch highlighting French toast, beef tips on grits, shrimp and grits, eggs any way with bacon, pan-seared local flounder with spicy tomato sauce and a crab and lobster cake sandwich on toasted brioche with sweet chili aioli. The downtown restaurant will be open for dinner as well.

Buy Pops an Espetus Brazilian Steakhouse $50 gift certificate and get a free Brazilian flan dessert at the 7110 Wrightsville Ave. restaurant near Wrightsville Beach.

Father’s Day at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, Hilton Wilmington Riverside, 301 N. Water St., features a three-course, $49.95 meal, including soup or salad, entrée and dessert. Lobster bisque, filet, garlic-crusted halibut and cheesecake are among choices.
