This Year's Parade Of Homes Schedule Announced

By Cece Nunn, posted Apr 9, 2021

The Wilmington–Cape Fear Home Builders Association recently announced the dates for this year's Parade of Homes.

The WCFHBA's 35th Annual Parade of Homes is expected to take place two weekends: Saturday, April 24, and Sunday, April 25; and Saturday, May 1 and Sunday, May 2, with homes open from noon to 5 p.m. each day, according to a news release.

This self-guided tour is always free to the public.

Consumers will have the opportunity to explore more than 45 different homes; get to know 23 different builders; view home descriptions; view photos and floor plans; take 3D virtual tours; and see the latest in construction, designs and furnishings, the release stated.

This year’s entries include single-family houses, townhouses and custom homes priced from the $200,000’s to the millions.

In addition to new home construction, the Parade of Homes will  feature its 2021 Community Showcase Partnership, this year with Riverlights, a master-planned community off River Road in Wilmington.

More information on the Parade of Homes is available online.
