WCFHBA Announces Director Of Programs, Special Events

The Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builders Association has recruited Naomi Wright to be its director of programs and special events. 

She will coordinate the association’s major events such as the Parade of Homes, HomeEXPO, 50+ Coastal Lifestyles EXPO and semi-annual golf tournaments as well as provide staff support to numerous specialty councils, according to a release.

“We’re fortunate to have the knowledge, talent and expertise that Naomi brings to this position,” Donna Girardot, executive officer for the group, said in a statement.

Wright holds a degree in communications from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Prior to her position at the homebuilders group, she worked in the Los Angeles event industry, handling sales, marketing, advertising and promotions.
