Digital Company Moving To Mayfaire Office Space

By Cece Nunn, posted Dec 22, 2014
A digital agency is relocating its studios from Landfall Park to the Mayfaire office district.

Provis Media Group leased 5,000 square feet at 6770 Parker Farm Drive and expects to be settled in its new space by early January, said Matthew Summers, the company's chief digital officer and founder, on Monday.

Designed by Goodrich Architecture P.A. Interior Design and planned by Commercial Interior Solutions, the remodeled space’s construction management was done by WM Jordan Co. The open floor plan will facilitate 3-D animation and video production as well as Web design, app development and inbound marketing services, Summers said.

Mark Johnson and Janet Rose of Coldwell Banker Commercial Sun Coast Partners represented Provis Media in the transaction while Cody Cress and Tyler Pegg of The CRESS Group of Coldwell Banker Commerical Sun Coast Partners represented the landlord, Wells Fargo.

“It will allow us to do more, especially in the production department,” Summers said Monday, describing the new space as a “fun and creative environment.”

Provis, founded in 2003 in Wilmington, also has a location in Mesa, Arizona. The company provides a broad range of digital marketing solutions aimed at improving brand awareness, engagement and lead generation for clients, which include American Express, Cisco, nCino, Verizon and Wonderlic.
