A three-unit shopping center development that’s anchored by Harris Teeter on South College Road is 100 percent occupied, according to a broker overseeing the development.
 
Bryce Morrison Jr., vice president and broker with Wilmington-based Cape Fear Commercial, said Thursday he leased the remaining 2,200-square-foot retail unit in South College Marketplace, 820 S. College Road, to the Cabo Mexican Grill restaurant.
 
Morrison completed the transaction in January for an undisclosed amount. He said the restaurant firm, which also owns and manages the Camino Real in Surf City and the Cancun Mexican Grill in Sneads Ferry, is currently upfitting the site for a May opening.
 
Cabo Mexican Grill will join ManiQ and Electra Vapor in the 5,700-square-foot retail center attached to a 57,000-square-foot Harris Teeter, which is currently being remodeled in the development.
