Craig Stevens Takes Over As President Of Home Builders Association

The Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builders Association recently installed a new board of directors.

The 2011 president is Craig Stevens of Stevens Fine Homes. Deans Hackney, Signature Homes of Wilmington is the first vice president; Bert Exum of WDV Inc., is second vice president; Jeff Hilton, Southern Homebuilders Inc. is secretary; Hiram Williams, Action Construction Co. is treasurer; Jeff Stokley of Stokley Development Corp. is the past president; John Lancaster of Venture Homes of Coastal Carolina LLC, is past president’s council; and Donna Girardot remains Executive Officer, according to a release.

The 2011 directors are as follows: Heath Clark, Bill Clark Homes; Robin Grathwol, The Legacy Group; Randy Johnson, Builders First Source; Jim Cushing, E.W. Godwin’s Sons Inc.; Mark Johnson, Mark Johnson Custom Homes; Troy Barboza, Barboza Builders; Ed Lyman, Piedmont Natural Gas; Pete Bourne, Waterway Homes; Craig Johnson, Herrington Classic Homes; Rick Miller, ProBuild; Emily Longley, Longley Supply Co.; David Thomas, D P Thomas Construction; Shawn Horton, Trusst Builders; David Smith, David Smith Builder/CFCC; Kevin Hine, Duplin Land Development; Steve Niemeyer, Wrightsville Builders Inc.; Diane Keenan, Star-News; John Franck, Crescent State Bank; Tim Milam, Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Realty; Jim Wallace, Intracoastal Realty Corp. and J.C.
