Area Real Estate Agents Highlighted For Sales

Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage announced its top producers for May 2012.
The Wilmington office named Sandy Borowiec as the top listing agent, Eliza Santos as the top selling agent and Jack Gale as the top listing and selling team.

At the Carolina Beach office, Alison Keller was the top listing agent, Rick Rogge was the top selling agent and Shawndy Linquist and Jessica Keenan were the top listing and selling team.

The Hampstead office named Nora Ruehle as the top listing agent, Karen Holden as the top selling agent and Christina Block as the top listing and selling team.

Edward Wood was the top listing agent, and Peter David was the top selling agent at the Leland office.

The Onslow and Pender offices recognized Jenna Morton as the top listing and selling agent, Christina Pitz and Anna Garcia as the top listing team and Lori Smith as the top selling team.

At the Brunswick office, Nolan Formalarie was the top listing agent, Lynda Haraway the top selling agent, Hank Troscianiec the top listing team and Dennis and Penny Krueger the top selling team.

Frances Warner was the top listing and selling agent, and Anna Marie Kozel was the top listing and selling team in the South Brunswick office.

The top overall producers were Jack Gale, Stephanie Gasparovic, Dennis and Penny Krueger, Shane Register, Frances Warner, Jennie Stevens, Barbara Pugh, Rick Rogge, Brett Knowles and Chris Baynes.

The new home sales associates of the month were Jim Cain and Kelly Girolami.

Coldwell Bank also announced its May agents of the month.
Nicholas Silivanch was named agent of the month for May by Coldwell Banker Commercial Sun Coast Partners.

Silivanch has experience working with various clients including small office users, national development firms and nonprofit companies.

He has represented a number of clients, such as Circle of Courage Support Services and Cape Fear Soccer Association, in their relocation efforts.
