Ad Agency Snags New Office Space

By J. Elias O'Neal, posted Feb 12, 2014
A Wilmington-based advertising agency has opened into new space in the midtown area.

Plan A Advertising recently opened its agency in 1,207 square feet of office space at 3722 Shipyard Blvd., Suite C.

Glenn Imboden, a broker with Wilmington-based Harley & Associates Commercial Real Estate Inc., represented the landlord during the Nov. 8 transaction. Patrick Riley, a broker with Wilmington-based Maus Warwick Matthews & Company, represented the tenant.

Plan A Advertising specializes in various advertising and marketing concepts for businesses, including name and brand conception, media planning and market research, according to a news release.

Angi Israel, managing partner of Plan A Advertising, said new growth forced her firm to acquire new office space.

“When we first established the firm, we had nine clients,” Israel said Tuesday afternoon. “But that number has since grown to an additional four to six new clients.”

Plan A has worked with a diverse mix of clients that includes businesses such as Buffalo Wild Wings, Gold's Gym, the Hendrick Automotive Group, the Tampa Bay Rays and Walt Disney World.
