The Greater Wilmington Business Journal and WILMA magazine will have changes to its staff starting Wednesday.
 
Tuesday was Alison Lee Satake’s final day at the publications as a reporter for the Business Journal and co-editor of the monthly women’s interest magazine WILMA.
 
She is moving to Cape Cod, Mass., where her husband Michael Polito will begin a post-doctoral fellowship in marine biology at Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute. She plans to continue to report and write from their new home in Falmouth, Mass. beginning next month.
 
Satake began reporting for the Business Journal and WILMA Magazine in 2009. She has covered the film, maritime and real estate industries as well as general assignments. In 2011, she became co-editor/writer of WILMA. She is a graduate of the 2010 Leadership Wilmington class.

Wednesday also will be Business Journal and WILMA freelancer Jenny Callison’s first day as a full-time reporter for the publications.
 
Callison began working for the publications shortly after moving to Wilmington in August of last year.
 
Previously, she was director of communications for the Farmer School of Business at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. She also freelanced for the Cincinnati Enquirer, covering topics in business and entrepreneurship, community news, home décor, arts, entertainment and travel.
 
She and her husband lived in Winston-Salem for 14 years before moving to Ohio in 1997.
 
Vicky Janowski, who started as editor of the Business Journal in June, also will assume Alison’s co-editing duties of WILMA and work with existing WILMA co-editor Nina Bays Cournoyer.
