Real estate broker Rahn Lowder has joined Cameron Management, an investment management company “focused on real estate development, brokerage and property management,” according to a recent news release.

A recent graduate of University of North Carolina Wilmington, Lowder joined Cameron as an intern in 2013 and was then offered a full-time position, the release stated. In his new role, Lowder is responsible for expanding Cameron’s client base and developing new lines of business.

Lowder earned his Real Estate Broker license in July and is also a member of the Realtor Commercial Alliance of Southeastern North Carolina, the release stated.

“Rahn interned with Cameron Management during his senior year at UNCW and always expressed great interest in pursuing a career in commercial real estate. As an intern, Rahn proved he is hard working, ambitious and deserving of a full-time opportunity with the company,” Hill Rogers, the firm’s broker-in-charge, said in the release. “He brings a fresh perspective to our real estate team in addition to helping us utilize new ways to use technology in our daily operations.”
