Local Wilmington beauty studio is exploding with new business downtown, providing new jobs in the industry and premium beauty services. Inner Glow Studio started operations back in 2018, specializing in providing premium eyelash extensions, but has since expanded to offering hair, eyebrow services, permanent makeup, facials, waxing, and manicures and pedicures at their new location just a few blocks away from the Cargo District.

“Our beauty techs are among the most talented in Wilmington, North Carolina,” said the brand’s spokesperson. “Our salon is located just a short distance from the Cargo District at Nora Station, and we've spent a careful amount of time creating a relaxing and sleek environment with passionate artists, and the best quality products on the market.”

The woman-owned company was founded by Kerlyn Andrea Cruz, with the goal of helping women harness their inner beauty and confidence through lash, hair, brow, and nail services. As a licensed cosmetologist, Cruz specializes in eyelash extensions and face/body waxing, and stays extremely busy with her own book of clients while running the overall business.
“As a mom, it was important to me that I could work on my own terms so that I can have enough time with my son,” Cruz said. “Not only that, but helping other women feel beautiful is the most rewarding kind of work for me. I’m so excited that the studio is expanding and providing work for other women in Wilmington.”
Inner Glow Studio is now a team of 5 women offering the following list of services that are bookable online and by appointment only:
