Wilmington Health Associates recently welcomed two new doctors to its staff.
Dr. Nicholas Jernigan joined Wilmington Health’s Department of Family Medicine and will see patients at Brunswick Forest, 1333 S. Dickinson Drive, Suite 140, Leland.
Dr. Matthew Sincock joined Wilmington Health’s Department of Infectious Diseases and Travel Clinic and will see patients at 1202 Medical Center Drive, Wilmington.
In the Department of Family Medicine, Jernigan diagnoses and treats non-surgical illnesses or disorders from infancy through adulthood and promotes wellness care for patients of all ages, WHA officials said.
Jernigan brings a particular interest in treating children and adults with special needs, including butnot limited to, Down Syndrome and autism.
In the Department of Infectious Diseases and Travel Clinic, Sincock will diagnose and treat the entire spectrum of infections in adults in addition to providing vaccinations for foreign travel.
