First Bank has hired two new people to its mortgage lending department.
Jill Radtke now serves as vice president, bringing more than 13 years of experience in the mortgage industry. She received a bachelor’s of science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Superior.
Sharon B. Helton joins First Bank as assistant vice president of mortgage business development. Helton brings experience in marketing and organizational skills to the company, according to a press release.
As a North Carolina native, she attended the University of North Carolina Wilmington and East Carolina University.
