Cody Cress of Wilmington-based commercial real estate firm Sun Coast Partners Commercial has earned the SIOR designation from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
According to a news release, the SIOR distinction is reserved "for an elite group of commercial real estate professionals worldwide. The SIOR designation represents the highest standard of achievement in commercial real estate, recognizing brokers who demonstrate exceptional production, deep market knowledge and unwavering ethical standards."
"With 3,300 SIOR designees across more than 50 countries, the credential signals a level of experience and professionalism that corporate decisionmakers, investors and property owners actively seek when selecting representation," the release stated.
Grayson Powell, president of Sun Coast Partners Commercial, stated in the release, that Cress' SIOR designation "reflects advanced expertise in complex transactions, access to a powerful global network of top-tier brokers and a disciplined, data-driven approach to solving real estate challenges."
Cress joined Sun Coast Partners Commercial in 2007 and formed The CRESS Group (Commercial Real Estate Site Services) in 2012 as a team within Sun Coast Partners Commercial.
Cress said in the release, “Earning the SIOR designation is both a professional milestone and a responsibility. It reinforces my commitment to operate at the highest level for my clients and to bring national-caliber expertise to our local market. This designation strengthens how I advocate, negotiate and deliver results on behalf of the business owners and investors we represent.”
