Stephanie Vogel
Stephanie Vogel has joined the Wilmington office of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage at Autumn Hall.

“Stephanie brings a depth of experience that perfectly aligns with our culture of excellence,” stated Polly Purnell-Norris, managing broker of the Autumn Hall office, in a news release. “She has a strong background in relocation and overall client care and is a wonderful addition to our team.”

Originally from France, Vogel began her real estate career in 2004 after moving to the United States, the release stated. She holds real estate licenses in both New York and North Carolina. She brings over two decades of experience, including more than 20 years with Coldwell Banker Prime Properties in Upstate New York, where she was a top-producing agent, according to the release.

“I love helping people find the perfect place to call home,” Vogel stated in the release. “Every client and every move has its own story, and I feel honored to be part of that journey – guiding, supporting, and celebrating with them through each step.”

Fluent in English and French, Vogel is also an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Certified Relocation Specialist, according to a release.

Outside of real estate, the Wilmington resident enjoys exploring the outdoors, traveling, sailing, practicing pottery and spending time with her children and her golden retriever, the release stated. She is also active in community service as a longtime volunteer with the American Red Cross.
