Thomas Construction Group has announced several leadership updates as the company continues to strengthen operations and posit
ion itself for sustained growth, according to a news release.
Vince Tryer has transitioned from vice president of operations to vice president of risk management.
"In this role, Vince will lead Thomas’ Risk Management team, with a focus on enhancing risk controls, compliance, and contractual strategies across all projects," the release stated. "His leadership will ensure that clients and partners continue to benefit from Thomas’ commitment to safety, accountability, and long-term performance."
Additionally, Chris Thorn (pictured below right) and Tony Datena (pictured above right) have been promoted to operations directors.
"Chris will oversee the health care and public/commercial sectors, while Tony will lead senior living and multifamily," according to the release. "In their expanded roles, both will provide companywide operational oversight—aligning preconstruction, risk management, project management, field operations and project accounting. Together, these leadership changes further strengthen Thomas Construction Group’s OneThomas approach, unifying operations across all
sectors and positioning the company for continued growth under the direction of Chris Reid, president/COO."
Reid stated in the release, “These promotions reflect not only the talent and dedication of our leadership team, but also our long-term vision to deliver value, consistency and innovation across every project. We’re excited for what this next chapter means for our clients, trade partners and communities.”
