Capone & Associates, a provider of bookkeeping, accounting and fractional CFO services, has added Nicole Jefferson as a fractional chief financial officer.

"Nicole brings more than a decade of progressive financial leadership across a range of industries, including manufacturing, service, wholesale/retail, medical, construction and hospitality," according to a news release. "Her expertise spans job costing, revenue recognition, compliance, budgeting, reporting and strategic financial planning.

"Nicole has an established track record of streamlining operations, building robust financial systems and guiding organizations through complex strategic initiatives such as capital investments, acquisition, and due diligence processes."

Jefferson has a master's degree in accounting from the University of Phoenix and a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
