Walsh Joins Momentum Companies

Kirk Walsh
Kirk Walsh, a Wilmington-based entrepreneur and graduate of the University of North Carolina Wilmington, has joined the team at Momentum Companies, a local business brokerage firm.

According to a news release, Walsh brings with him nearly a decade of hands-on experience in business ownership, having launched and recently sold a successful indoor entertainment business that he opened straight out of college in 2016.

"After navigating the sale of his business with the guidance of Momentum Companies, he was so impressed by the seamless process and personalized support that he decided to join the firm himself," the release stated.

Walsh stated in the release, “As a former business owner, I truly understand the challenges entrepreneurs face—from launching and scaling to eventually exiting a business. Momentum Companies made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and empowering. Now, I’m excited to help other local owners make strategic transitions with the same level of care and expertise."
