CAP3 Promotes Shannon Short To Chief Operating Officer

CAP3, a provider of marketing and accounting services for mid-sized businesses, has announced the promotion of Shannon Short to chief operating officer.

In this role, Short will oversee operations across CAP3’s two divisions – CAP3: Proclaim, the firm’s marketing agency, and CAP3: Reveal, its accounting services division, according to a news release.

Short has been an integral part of CAP3’s leadership team, the release stated, "contributing to the firm’s growth and commitment to delivering high-value consulting and professional services. Her leadership has played a crucial role in refining CAP3’s operational strategies, optimizing internal workflows, and enhancing client experience."

As COO, Short will focus on business process optimization, team development and client success strategies.

“I am honored to step into the role of COO and continue to drive our mission forward,” Short said in the release. “As we enter this next phase of growth, I look forward to working closely with our team who live out the CAP3 EDGE each and every day, and seeing business owners and leaders continue to find the freedom to focus on what matters most.”
