Kent Homes Earns Guildmaster Award

By Staff Reports, posted Jun 4, 2024
Kent Homes received the 2024 Guildmaster Award from GuildQuality for the 13th year in a row "for demonstrating exceptional customer service within the residential construction industry," according to a news release.

Since 2005, GuildQuality, an Atlanta-based third-party customer satisfaction surveying company, has given the Guildmaster Award to recognize and celebrate home building, remodeling and contracting professionals who demonstrate "the highest level of customer service within the U.S. and Canada," the release stated.

According to the release, Kent Homes is one of eight new home builders in North Carolina recognized by GuildQuality for "consistently delivering superior customer experience."

Receiving a recommendation rate between 98% and 100%, Kent Homes won the Guildmaster with Highest Distinction award, the release stated.

To determine which businesses received the 2024 Guildmaster Award, GuildQuality reviewed thousands of
survey responses.

“Kent Homes is ecstatic to be honored with the Guildmaster Award with Highest Distinction. Our Likely to
Recommend score by our homeowners is the most important metric we use as a company to measure our
success," stated Ashley Kent, president and owner of Kent Homes, in the release.
