Audi Cape Fear has been recognized as the No. 1 Audi Magna Elite dealer in the United States by Audi North America, among 17 dealers who received the prestigious title of Audi Magna Elite, according to a news release.

"This award underscores Audi Cape Fear’s commitment to unparalleled automotive service, customer service, and community engagement in Wilmington," the release stated. "Audi N.A. honored 70 top-performing dealerships in the U.S. with the Magna Society Awards, a distinction for dealers who achieved excellent performance in 2023."

To earn Magna Society recognition, dealers must demonstrate an exceptional level of customer service as well as strong business performance. The Audi Magna Society Elite award "is a testament to Audi Cape Fear’s 4.9 Google Rating & Audi N.A.’s internal customer satisfaction score, monthly community partnership initiatives, exceptional operational achievement, and ACF’s commitment to The Audi Brand Vision," according to the release.

“It's hard to put into words how extremely proud of our team I am. Going from a ranking of 285 out of 304 dealers in 2022 to No. 1 in the course of a year can only come from extreme focus, hard work and dedication. We pride ourselves on making sure we put our employees and customers at the top of our priority list," stated Chris Bucknell, general manager of Audi Cape Fear, in the release. "Happy employees should usually translate into happy customers, but, without a doubt, a huge reason we're here today is because of quality people. We have the best employees and customers in the nation and we all feel very lucky to both have them and do business with them.

"We have a tremendous amount of support from our owners who align with our mission so, we owe a huge thank you to the Aliah and Heffernan families. In addition, none of this would be possible without the support and guidance we have with our team at Audi of America. Thank you, Adam, Daric, Bud, Bobby and many others."

Audi Cape Fear’s community partnerships include the Plastic Ocean Project, Good Shepherd Center, Foster Pantry, Cape Fear Alliance for Trees, Snipes Academy of Arts & Sciences and Lower Cape Fear hospice. In 2024, Audi Cape Fear continues to grow its community partnership program as new members and sponsors of the Audi Club of the Carolinas, Ocean Cure volunteers and partners, Dooley Foundation sponsors and Making Strides for Childhood Cancer partners.

Audi Cape Fear owner AJ Aliah stated in the release, "We operate from the belief that the more successful we are, the more impactful and involved we can be in our community. A desire to help create a positive impact in our community and to support initiatives designed to improve the lives of residents and the state of our environment is a big part of what drives us every day."
