Lacie Hudspeth, a Wilmington native, has joined the Carolina Beach office of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage.
"Lacie is an experienced agent with astute business sense,” said Cori McQueen, managing broker, in a news release. “With her knowledge of the area and her tenacious work ethic, she is an asset to our company and to each of her clients.”
Hudspeth offers an insider’s perspective on local property values, school districts, neighborhood amenities and service providers, according to the release.
“I was very fortunate to be raised in this area and I enjoy sharing what I know to help my clients find the perfect home and lifestyle to match their specific needs and goals,” Hudspeth said in the release.
Hudspeth is a graduate East Carolina University, where she earned a degree in business and marketing.
Hudspeth's mother has been an active agent since 1996. “I always knew I wanted to be a real estate agent and I love working with people,” she said in the release. “I learned a lot about doing what is right for the client from watching my mother. Her training and insights have been essential to my professional development.”
According to the release, when she isn’t busy helping her clients, Hudspeth enjoys being on the water and spending time with her family, including her husband, Wil, daughter, Millie, and dog, Tuna. She also enjoys supporting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
